Child Photo & AI Artwork Consent

Before you upload a photo, here's exactly what happens to it.

1. Who can upload: only a parent or legal guardian (or someone with their express permission) may upload a child's photo.
2. What we do with it: we use AI illustration tools to create cartoon-style storybook artwork that resembles your child. The photo guides the artwork; it is never printed in the book itself.
3. AI disclosure: the illustrations and story are generated with AI tools and reviewed by a human before your book is finalised.
4. Where it goes: the photo is processed by our AI illustration provider and stored in our secure order workspace. For hardcover orders, only the finished book file goes to our print partner — not your photo.
5. What we never do: no marketing use, no resale, no sharing of your child's photo or likeness, no use in anyone else's book.
6. Deletion: working files including the photo are deleted 90 days after delivery, or immediately on request to kidsfantasy26@gmail.com.
