• Production: each hardcover is custom-printed (premium 210×280 mm portrait hardcover). Allow 5–10 business days from order to dispatch.
• Shipping: printed at the facility nearest you by our global print partner and shipped with tracking. Typical delivery after dispatch: Australia 3–7 business days, rest of world 5–15 business days.
• Cost: free worldwide shipping on all hardcovers.
• Digital orders: no shipping — PDF + EPUB by email, typically within 2–4 business days.
• Tracking is emailed at dispatch. If a book arrives damaged, see the Refund & Returns Policy — we reprint free.
