We want you and your child to love your book. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — a revision, replacement or refund.

Personalised hardcovers: Because each book is custom-made, we ask that you review and approve your story before printing. Refunds for printed books are offered for defects, printing errors or damage in transit.

Digital downloads: Due to the personalised digital nature, refunds are assessed case by case — reach out and we'll help.
