The product

Each book is a made-to-order, personalised work created from the details and photo you supply. Story text and illustrations are created with AI tools and human review. Artwork is a stylised cartoon likeness — it will resemble, not photographically replicate, your child.

Your responsibilities

You confirm the personalisation details are accurate, you have the right to upload the photo (parent/guardian consent), and the photo contains no third parties whose permission you don't have. We may decline and refund any order whose content is unlawful or inappropriate.

Proofs and changes

Digital orders are delivered as final files. For hardcovers, changes can be made until the book is sent to print; after that, changes aren't possible. Contact us quickly at kidsfantasy26@gmail.com if you spot an error in details you entered.

Delivery

Digital Download: PDF + EPUB delivered by email, typically within 2–4 business days. Hardcover: printed and shipped by our print partner, typically 5–10 business days production plus shipping.

Intellectual property

You receive the finished book for personal, non-commercial use. We (and our licensors) retain rights in the underlying story templates, style, and tooling. You retain all rights in your photo.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If your book is faulty, misprinted, damaged in transit, or doesn't match what you ordered, you're entitled to a remedy — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the book or refunding the price paid.
